Return & Refund Policy (रिटर्न व रिफंड पॉलिसी नाही)

• 1) All books sold through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• आमच्या वेबसाईटवरून विकली गेलेली पुस्तके रिटर्न किंवा रिफंड होणार नाहीत.
• 2) Books once sold cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
• एकदा विकलेली पुस्तके कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत परत घेतली जाणार नाहीत किंवा बदलली जाणार नाहीत.
• 3) This policy is to prevent misuse such as photocopying or damage during transit.
• वाचक अनेकदा पुस्तके झेरॉक्स करून परत पाठवतात किंवा कुरिअरमध्ये खराब होतात, त्यामुळे ही पॉलिसी आवश्यक आहे.
• 4) If you receive a wrong book or if the book is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• जर तुम्हाला चुकीचे पुस्तक मिळाले किंवा पुस्तक कुरिअरमध्ये खराब झाले, तर ऑर्डर मिळाल्यानंतर ४८ तासांच्या आत आम्हाला संपर्क करा.
• 5) Email us at sales.kalasahitya@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing photos/videos.
• कृपया ऑर्डर डिटेल्स व अनबॉक्सिंग फोटो/व्हिडिओसह आम्हाला sales.kalasahitya@gmail.com या ईमेलवर मेल करा.
• 6) Replacement will be provided only after review and at our discretion.
• अशा प्रकरणांमध्ये आमच्या निर्णयानुसार बदल (replacement) दिला जाऊ शकतो.
