  • 1) General - By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and contributors.
  • १) सर्वसाधारण नियम - या वेबसाईटचा वापर करताना तुम्ही खाली दिलेल्या नियम व अटी मान्य करता. हे नियम सर्व वापरकर्त्यांवर लागू आहेत (ग्राहक, ब्राउझर, योगदानकर्ते).
  • 2) Products - We sell books and related products through this website.All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • २) उत्पादने - या वेबसाईटवरून आम्ही फक्त पुस्तके व संबंधित साहित्य विकतो.
  • उत्पादनाचे वर्णन, किंमत व उपलब्धता पूर्वसूचना न देता बदलू शकते.
  • 3)  Orders & Payments - Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All payments must be made through the secure payment options provided on the website. We do not store your payment details.
  • ३) ऑर्डर व पेमेंट्स - एकदा ऑर्डर दिल्यानंतर ती रद्द करता येणार नाही. पेमेंट फक्त वेबसाईटवरील सुरक्षित पेमेंट गेटवे द्वारेच करावे लागेल. आम्ही तुमचे पेमेंट डिटेल्स साठवत नाही.
  • 4) Shipping - Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines depend on location (generally 5–10 business days). Shipping charges apply to every order; free shipping is not available.
  • ४)  शिपिंग - ऑर्डर मिळाल्यानंतर २–४ व्यावसायिक दिवसांत पार्सल पाठवले जाईल. डिलिव्हरी वेळ लोकेशननुसार बदलू शकतो (साधारण ५–१० दिवस). प्रत्येक ऑर्डरवर शिपिंग चार्ज लागू होईल; फ्री शिपिंग नाही.
  • 5) Returns & Refunds - Books once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only wrong or damaged deliveries will be reviewed for replacement (within 48 hours of delivery, with proof).
  • ५) रिटर्न व रिफंड - विकलेली पुस्तके परत घेतली जाणार नाहीत व रिफंड मिळणार नाही. चुकीचे किंवा खराब पुस्तक मिळाल्यास, डिलिव्हरी मिळाल्यानंतर ४८ तासांच्या आत प्रूफसह कळवावे. आमच्या निर्णयानुसार बदल (replacement) दिला जाईल.
