    1. Delivery Across India
    We deliver books across India through India Post and other trusted courier partners.

    2. Order Processing
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.

    3. Estimated Delivery Time
    Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, and public holidays.

    4. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are applicable on every order. Free Shipping is currently not available.

    Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    • Parcel weight
    • Delivery destination
    • Courier service selected

    The final shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

    Our shipping charges are primarily based on the latest India Post Parcel Retail tariff.

    • The above are India Post Parcel Retail Base Rates (excluding GST).
    • 18% GST will be charged additionally as applicable.
    • Actual shipping charges may vary depending on packaging requirements and delivery location.
    • The final shipping amount will be shown during checkout.

    6. Order Tracking
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

    7. Delivery Delays
    Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rainfall, natural calamities, strikes, festivals, or courier operational issues.

    8. Incorrect Address
    Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Kalasahitya will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
